Refund policy
Non-returnable items
We do not offer returns on intimates. However we offer a 30-day refund policy on your first pair only, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a refund.
Only products that do not perform as promised will be eligible for a refund. If your product meets those requirements, email hello@vivieintimates.com to start the refund process.
If your refund is accepted, you will get a refund confirmation email within 15 business days and will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-refundable items
The 30-day refund policy only applies to single item orders. We cannot refund 3-pack orders. Refunds are not applied to shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please make a separate purchase for the new size or color wanted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
