We want you to love the fit. Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To request a return, email hello@vivieintimates.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Vivie is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear—including odors, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, stretching, laundering, or other signs of use—are not eligible for a refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
